Nyaope suspects apprehended

Mahwelereng police spokesperson, constable Sello Leso said earlier this week that two men, aged 32, have appeared in the Mokerong magistrate court on Monday following their arrest on Sunday in Hospital View for the possession of 212 sachets of Nyaope to a total street value of R6 360.

Constable Leso calls on community members to work together in combating crime and drug use. “Reporting crime is the right thing to do. In doing so we protect each other,” he said.
