MGA gymnasts excel at Eldo competition

CENTURION – The gymnasts from MGA excelled during the Eldo Reach for the Stars gymnastics competition that took place on May 6 a the Matsport Centre in Centurion.

The results for the men’s artistic gymnastics (MAG) were:

Level 1:  

Darren Foss – 3^rd overall, 1^st on P-Bars, 2^nd on High Bar, gold average

Jayden Enslin  – 1^st on Vault, gold average.

Estian van Wyk  – bronze average.

Mathew van Heerden– bronze average.

Level 3: Keanu Potgieter, 2^nd on Parallel Bars, silver average.

The women’s artistic gymnastics results for MGA were:

Level 1 - Mia Botha – silver average.

Dané Schamrel – 2^nd on Vault, 2^nd on Beam, silver average.

Chanté de Beer – silver average.

Natanja Koch – 2^nd overall, 1^st on Uneven Bars, 2^nd on Beam, 1^st on Floor, gold average.

Caitlin Jacobs – silver average.

Leigh van Staden – silver average.

Lize van Zyl – 2^nd on Beam, silver average.

Kamo Mohuba– bronze average.

McKayla Potgieter  – bronze average.

Lerato Bontsi – bronze average.
