CPR AND BLS COURSES

Details:
The Zoutpansberg Private Hospital in Louis Trichardt will from 22 to 24 May present basic life support (BLS) and CPR courses.
The duration of the BLS course is five-and-a half hours and is open to all health care givers like nurses, doctors, pharmacy staff and allied professionals (nine persons per session). The course, hosted on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th from 08:00 until 14:00, includes an official exam and test, internationally recognised certificate valid for two years, manual and 15 CPD points.
The course will cost R1 200 per person and includes light refreshments.
The CPR course for family and friends (including paediatrics, receptionists, school first aid responders, children older than 13 years of age, nannies and admin staff) will be held on each of the days from 14:30 to 18:30.
It will focus on CPR on adults, children and babies as well as choking on adults, children and babies.
There will be no test, only a certificate of completion (Discovery Vitality Points available). This course will cost R600 per person and includes light refreshments.
