Stolen bus found in shack

Police Wednesday recovered a stolen Toyota Quantum minibus from a makeshift garage on a farm along the Zebediela road just outside Mokopane.
Warrant officer Rhyder Mohale of Mokopane police said the vehicle was found while the police where conducting a farm-to-farm search operation. On one of the farms tenants were asked to unlock a door to a makeshift outside room.
When they refused, police started to take down a brick wall which was  simply bricks stacked without any mortar or plaster.
“The stolen vehicle was inside this ‘garage’,” said WO Mohale.
The vehicle was reported stolen at the Rietgat police station some weeks ago.
