New acting MM

MOKOPANE - The Mogalakwena municipality has appointed Peter Makondo as the new acting municipal manager (MM) during a special council meeting held last Friday.

Makondo will be serving the Mogalakwena Municipality for three months. He replaces Puledi Selepe who was seconded by the department of corporative governance, human settlements and traditional affairs (CoGHSTA) in December 2014. Makondo who has been in local government for 23 years comes from Bokwidi Village (ward 8) of the Mogalakwena Municipality and says he is passionate about service delivery.
