New MM for Lephalale

LEPHALALE - Lephalale Municipality announced the appointment of Edith Tukakgomo as municipal manager as of 1 October 2015.  Tukakgomo has 25 years’ experience in government and private sectors and holds a Master’s degree in Regional and Town planning. She worked in national, provincial and local government and has made her mark in several provincial sector departments. Tukakgomo joined the municipality in 2014 as the executive manager planning and development where her vast experience and strong leadership shone through. According to the municipality it was no surprise when her appointment was approved by council and endorsed by provincial and national government.
