Both suspects appeared at Mokopane Magistrate court on 18 January and were reminded in custody until 25 February for a formal bail application. The police are still looking for two more suspects who are on the run.
Mahwelereng Cluster commander, brigadier Dikeledi Mangena, applauded the members for working tirelessly and making sure that the perpetrators were apprehended. She further extended her gratitude to the community who provided information that assisted in the arrests of these perpetrators.
