MOKOPANE – The new suspect in the Charles Mgidi/Gideon Fatana murder, Thomas Sithole, who recently appeared at the Mokopane magistrate's court, has been served with an indictment last week Thursday. He is expected to appear in the Polokwane high court for his trial that is set for 30 May to 10 June.
All together six suspects are now facing charges for the murder of Charles Mgidi and Gideon Fatana who was killed within two weeks from one another in Mokopane last year. Mgidi was killed at a filling station in Mokopane only days after Gideon Fatana, a taxi owner, was gunned down at his house in Mokopane.
The other five suspects in this case are set to appear at the Polokwane high court for respectively 3 to 13 May and 31 May to 10 June.
