LEPHALALE – Three men were arrested for poaching when they were found with the carcasses of seven impala in their possession on a farm just outside Lephalale last week. According to warrant officer Frans Mokoena of the Lephalale police the men were arrested by two members of Nature Conservation. “The carcasses were confiscated and the men were apprehended and appeared in the Lephalale magistrate court on Monday.” Here is Johannes Mothoni and Piet Mokiba of Nature Conservation who arrested the three men for poaching.
