POLOKWANE – The Zebediela man who slit the throats of his four sons in September last year, was found guilty in the Limpopo High Court in Polokwane earlier this week.
Lesiba Kekana has been in custody since September when he was charged with four counts of murder after he allegedly slit the throats of his four sons, Lekgoledi (4), Hlologelo (6), Keneilwe (10) and Bokang Kekana (13) with a knife.
The incident took place at his wife’s house in Moletlane, Zebediela with whom he had an argument. The murders shocked the community.
Kekana pleaded guilty on the four murder charges and assault after again telling the court he regretted what he did. He will soon be sentenced.
