Protest against coal mining in the Waterberg

LEPHALALE – Earthlife Africa coordinated a small protest action against coal mining in conjunction with Waterberg Womens Advocacy Forum and Bopanang Bangalano community based organizations at the Medupi intersection with Exxaro last Thursday morning. The action was aimed at drawing attention to the negative effects of coal mining on the environment.
