Robbers flee with R400k clothing

MAHWELERENG – The Edgars store in the Mahwelereng Shopping Centre was robbed of R400 000 worth of clothing by four disguised suspects Thursday (yesterday) morning at about 01:30 says police.

Four men disguised in balaclavas forced entry to the store by breaking the glass door with a huge rock, stole the clothing and fled, reported Mahwelereng police spokesperson, constable Sello Leso.

The police are investigating the robbery.
