LEPHALALE – The community policing forum (CPF) held its monthly meeting last Thursday. One of the issues raised was the claim that no feedback is provided by the Lephalale police once a complaint is filed at the police station.
Police Station Commander, Lt Colonel Daniel Ramakgoakgoa, addressed the issue by saying: “Complainants are encouraged to contact one of the commanders when they are unhappy about service delivery, but should make sure that they have their case number, incident number or the name of the member about whom they want to complain ready.”
