Youth Entrepreneurial Opportunity – Digital Enterprises

Ivanplats is committed to transparent and fair communication in our engagement with our stakeholders. In addition, the company has a special focus on providing unemployed youth with skills development and business opportunities.
Ivanplats is looking for a total of sixteen young people from the following communities (2 candidates per community): Moshate, Magongoa, Tshamahansi, Kgobudi, Masodi, Madiba, Mzombane and Sekgoboko to be trained to fulfil a three month digital ambassador entrepreneurial contract with the company.​

Who can apply?
The following individuals can apply for this entrepreneurial business contract opportunity:
 HDSA residents of Tshamahansi, Kgobudi, Magongoa, Moshate, Sekgoboko, Masodi, Mzombane and Madiba;
 Between 18 and 34 years of age;
 Minimum qualification matric (Grade 12);
 Good skills in operating a smart phone;
 Good social and communication skills.

Application Process
To apply for this programme, you need to submit the following documentation:
 A certified copy of your South African ID
 A certified copy of your statement of results (minimum requirement Grade 12)
 Proof of residence
 Your cell phone number
 A one paragraph write-up on why you should be chosen for this contract to support Ivanplats in its digital communication campaign – it can be typed or hand written.
You can submit your application by dropping it in a sealed envelope in the tender box at Ivanplats’ offices, 7, Second Street, Old Industrial Area, Mokopane.
