INVITATION TO COMMENT
Notice is given in terms of the Mineral and Petroleum Development Act (MPRDA) (Act 28 of 2002), that Ngwane Investments (2004/018890/07) applied for Prospecting Right for the proposed prospecting project DMR Ref: LP30/5/1/1/3/2/ (12957).
Ngwane Investments (2004/018890/07) appointed Singo Consulting (Pty) Ltd to conduct the Basic
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), the Environmental Management Plans (EMP) and a Public Participation process.
Notice is given in terms of the Mineral and Petroleum Development Act (MPRDA) (Act 28 of 2002), that Ngwane Investments (2004/018890/07) applied for Prospecting Right for the proposed prospecting project DMR Ref: LP30/5/1/1/3/2/ (12957).

As part of the EIA process, more especially the public participation process for this proposed project, the public is invited to review and comment DBAR and EMPr. The draft will be available for review for a 30 days calendar period from 10 July to 10 August 2017 (also invited to register as Interested and Affected party). This report will be at Marapong Public Library (916 Phukubye), Ellisras Public Library (Nelson Mandela Dr) and Lephalale Local Municipality (Civic Center Onverwacht, Cnr Joe Slovo, Douwater Road).
LAND OWNER/LESSEE OR LAND OCCUPIER NOTICE
Ngwane Investmentsapplied to be the holder of a Prospecting Right over the mentioned properties and has now request a right upon granting in terms of Section’s 5 and 19 of the MPRDA to enter the land to which the Prospecting Right relates, in order to carry out drilling or any activity associated with prospecting.
