Wholesaler lends a hand to feeding learners

MAPELA - Podile Primary School in Mapela outside Mokopane boasts a brand new kitchen container and is now empowered to prepare meals for more than 900 learners thanks to Masscash.
Masscash, a wholesale FMCG business, recently committed to deploy 15 Econo Kitchens to schools in different provinces. Podile Primary School was identified in Limpopo Province and benefited from this donation. The Econo Kitchen is a CSI initiative driven by Masscash and is part of Masscash’s commitment to support schools feeding projects. Econo sponsored a meal at the handover on 25 February. The purpose includes reassuring communities of Masscash’s statement, “we partner with retailers for communities to live better.”
